What’s Ahead…

“I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing:

Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead,

I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.”

Philippians 3:12-14

“My dear Pamela, learn from the past and then let it go it. Use what you’ve learned to move forward toward what lies ahead. Press on. Focus on the end of the race and the prize of seeing Me face to face. I will complete the good work I’ve started in you and I will finish it on the day I return to bring you home. Do not be afraid of this process. I am doing something great. You will see. Trust Me – you will be amazed to see all the things I have done. You may not understand all these things now, but when that veil is taken from your eyes, you will witness My glory! (2 Corinthians 3:15-18) You will be changed to be like Me! You will see how all My promises have born good fruit in your life throughout the years. You will see all the ways I provided for you. You will see how I carried you through the fires and the deep waters of life and You will be awed by all the instances where My grace and My mercy were poured out on you. So, rejoice with thankfulness for those things you cannot see, and which I have promised are true. This is faith. Do not be afraid of what lies ahead.
